With over 8 years of experience, Holly Hill is a skilled Pilates instructor and biomechanics coach, specialising in mat-based Pilates with high focus on form and function, she is passionate about helping individuals move with greater ease, strength, and awareness.
Before becoming a Pilates instructor Holly worked as a Promotions and Marketing Manger. To ensure a bit of movement and time away from her desk during the working day she began attending a lunchtime Pilates class, and hasn't looked back since! Immediately falling in love with Pilates she embarked on her teacher training, qualifying fully in 2017 and has continued to progress and develop her knowledge and teaching to ensure all clients are catered for.
Based in Bristol, Holly runs a thriving Pilates business that serves both in-person and online communities, ensuring that people of all fitness levels can benefit from her expertise. Also certified in women’s health coaching, Holly can provide targeted strategies that support hormonal balance, bone health, and overall wellness during the transformative years of menopause.
