Meet Holly
Hi, I'm Holly Hill. I am a level 3 certified Pilates instructor with 7 years Pilates experience.
I’m passionate about offering a Pilates experience that is fun and open to all, but that still provides great results.
My love of Pilates began when I attended my first session about seven years ago. It has helped me in so many ways and I hope it has the same impact on others that I now teach.
Pilates can help you tone your body, improve core strength and help you unwind. Some of my clients have even told me that they sleep better after a session!
As an instructor I have extra qualifications in working with common orthopaedic conditions and I am also pre- and post-natal trained.
I'm a member of CIMSPA - the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity. This is part of the governments national register, which aims to ensure that all exercise professionals are suitably knowledgeable and qualified.
