Pilates
Live room & Zoom classes are available for groups and private sessions.
Group sessions run weekly and are booked in blocks (length of block depends on school terms), payable in advance. Drop-ins are sometimes possible depending on space availability.
All classes are mixed ability so beginners are really welcome as I offer optional progressions to most of the exercises and can also offer variations if necessary.
