I first fell in love with Pilates when I started practicing five years ago, and since then have dreamed of teaching my own class. Today, I teach at all levels from beginners to advanced  in relaxed and informal sessions in my sunny home studio

I’m passionate about offering a learning experience that is easy-going and open to all, but still provides great results. Pilates can help you tone your body, improve core strength, unwind, and some of my clients have even told me that they sleep better after a session!

As an instructor I have extra qualifications in working with common orthopedic conditions and I am also pre and post natal trained.

I am also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs Level 3) This is part of the governments national register which aims to ensure that all exercise professionals are suitably knowledgeable and qualified.
